I actually found a source of cheap slicks in Brookvale too. They're second hand ex Porsche Cup tyres.
They use 18 x 8 rims up front & 18 x 10's on the rear, so Im going halves with my mechanics for 2 sets. He'll take four 18 x 10s & I'll take four 18 x 8s
$100 a tyre! Maybe I'll get some traction

Yeah, I think one of the fronts is leaking though, so might need a rebuild. Still good for a spare set Will strip em down and give them a good clean up soon
