They don't seem to have as much experience with FTOs as other import cars, but servicing is no problem.A typical service normally takes about 2-3 hours, and I think you can ask for a courtesy car when you book the service. If there is any additional work to be done on the car, Tony always calls and checks with you before starting anything.
