fto buying guide

would someone be able to write me a checklist of all the common problems on fto that you should look at when buying them?

i know a few of them like roof rust, noisy tappets etc from just reading other threads

but id like to know most if not all of them because my mate is considering getting an fto and we'd like to know what to look out for when we go looking at them
