External antenna

Hey all,

I think someone bent my antenna while I was going through the car wash the other day!

Now I need to replace it. Never replaced one before, can you just get the a replacement for the antenna bit or it comes in a unit??

or just get it shaved and have window antenna like us cool ones

Don't bother, we spent hours at the DIY day trying to install it, it was near impossible (I think impossible lol)

Talking about external entennas, the one in the top middle of my rear windshield (outside temp censor?) has disappeared. The base unit is still there, but the arial isn't, can i get a replacement for it?

outside temp sensor is in front of car. sounds like you had a black aftermarket style one? like used with mobile car kits etc

Can you actually buy the rear window with antenna and connect it easily to a car that didn't have the option?
