Found this while surfing the web, seems like an excellent source of information for anyone who wants to know more about exhaust system upgrades. It details how to measure back pressure and its influence in choosing the right sized exhaust piping to upgrade to. Also has some stuff on high-flow catalytic converters and resonators.

I remember from a few years back they had some good info on turbo'ing and also finding the best place to mount you CAI tube
