Car Window Tinting in Syd?

Hey all, just curious at what good car tinting places there are in sydney. im looking for the job done at a reasonable price and the place has got a good reputation or u've had a good experience with them. i've tried googling but sites tend to talk themselves up so thought i'd ask on here, thanks.

great job any % tint u want,
had my 20% tint for 6 months or so and great job would of gone 5% now though lol darker the better

lifetime warrenty on workmanship so if it peels off or cracks he will replace for you

Rob from Hunters Hill Window tinting ... He can even come to you ..

He has done all my cars... Will go as dark as you want .. Usually cheaper then most places, and gives life time warranty

i think u meant solartint which i've got in mind, i've checked their site and they have a few shops.
was hoping for ones which were closer to Canterbury-Bankstown.

also that price was from when I had my windows done three years ago so it may be cheeper now.

got mine done, 20%, paid 40 to take out the old bubbly tint(back and triangle windows) and the new 20% tint cost me $140, so $180 all up..,, google ground zero tinting or something, and look for martin, the shop is based in blacktown.

Just to let you guys know the price too, i got mine done for $250, took out the old tint and apply the new one, both door an rear, 5%. it was a mobile one an i forgot their name

ground zero seems abit untrustworthy a quite a distanct from sydney but its worth it being that low price and they seem to use a quality tinting film, although the sound of that guarantee from other companys hmm i dunno.

Bennoz - yeah , haven't had a problem with them yet, although, there are one or two very slight defects like air between the tint and glass but it's something that's very easily negligible, overall, i can say i'm happy with the job done.

aznfto - where are you based at ? and yes i remember the site looking 'not too pro' but i didn't base my decision off that, my friend's civic sedan was done through ground zero and it looked neat, and he told me the price, forgot what it was, but it was cheap, and i thought to myself, if it is that cheap with a sedan, what more for a coupe(less tint work)?

hey im finally planning on getting my windows tinted, but is there such thing as 15%?
might end up going to ground zero for convenience.

or does anyone know any home jobs?

EDIT: sorry i was meant to ask, do they do tinting people do 15%? just just from 20 down to 10?

also can someone post what 20% or less looks like, i went onto google search and some 15% look like 5%. preferably a daytime shot.

Raf, my car is 20% and if you go any lower, it gets harder to see at night, specially if you're reversing...

I've had my tints from ground zero til now and not.a.singe.problem

+1 ground zero are good
+2 any darker than 20 is hard to see while reversing,
Actually I just find it hard to see while reversing the fto anyway, no matter the tint.

Found another guy close to me through downunder truckin forums...

He did my ute.. Took all the glass out, then tinted, and replaced... $200 cash ..
