its fairly easy I can run you through whole process in detail if you wish.
you need 1/2inch and 3/4 inch sockets sets, breaker bar, spanners couple of screwdrivers and if doing manual you will need a hole saw (for clutch master cylinder)
Basicall you just need to disconnect all wiring incl remove battery and its holder (labelling as you go or take pics so you know where they go)
remove drive shafts
remove box
undo mounts and lift out motor
reverse process to put back but you should also do new clutch timing belt etc so you dont need to worry about it for a long time
for manual conversion you also need to remove old selector cable and shifter replace with manual pedal set
and just do two very simple wire connections to hook up reverse lights and to fool ecu to thinking its in park to be able to start
It really is rather simple and if you have some mates who have done it before its even easier or like I said I can help guide you in detail

time needed varys on how fast you and/or your mates work I did mine over the weekend but would allow longer than that

the drive shafts can be a pain in the ass to get out but nothing major ... the short driveshaft (passenger side) being the hardest
you have the car jacked up high to give you a lot of space to pry it out
