Hey guys,
I have a couple of gauges that i have been tring to hook up they are both a air/fuel gauge and a water temp gauge. I have looked at a ecu pin diagram that was provided to me on this website but when the wires are connected there is signal to the gauge at all. Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction in connection these gauges.
thanks for anyhelp,
scotty

Re: Installation of gauges
Hey,
the gauges have power and also illumination. The needle moves up and down when the car starts then the needle stops.
Am i going about it the wrong way by trying to connect the wires to the ecu wires?
cheers,
scotty

Re: Installation of gauges
wideband is completely different to narrow band val.

Re: Installation of gauges
i want to replace my clock with a gauge that actually matters, maybe an oil press or oil temp.
Now, the gauges that i want to install are:
- Oil Press
- Oil Temp
- Air/fuel ratio
- whatever else is suggested
One of them would be off the list and in the place of the clock.
So now, does anyone have any bright ideas on where to put the other gauges (with a good taste of location, not on the pillar or something). My big head deck uses the full 2 spaces so that is not an option.
