Not sure if you guys are still after some input...anyway here is an outline I made up

Left space in the middle as I thought someone said you needed to split the images for page expandability? If not, I could add something in the middle too.

Also, I don't have the club logo, but if you like the look of these outlines, someone send them through to me and I'll add it in. Was thinking of using the back of the car badge as the tsart of the logo.

Hehe..thanks mate. Dunno if we'd be able to use it even if anyone wanted though, as I cant figure out how I could fit the logo on to it without wrecking the overall impression if it needs to be split for expansion

Regarding process:

Been quite busy with work lately although I am working on it a little bit per night. Decided to go with the

banner but I have modified the colors slightly to blend in with the site, also added the FTO AU logo.

I preferred sg1991's banner, but I guess that's because I'm heavily biased towards the facelift.

My 2 cents...

Im a bit 'meh' towards it :?

Needs to be multiple FTO's and needs to be more striking than that...

Banners are the hardest thing in the world to please everyone with. LOL

Been there, done that.

very true

i can get another one or two variations made so we have more to choose from, depending on how soon this needs to be done. If there's no rush, can post up a few more that might appeal to the majority.

Just a question for you guys, are you a fan of fixed-width or fluid design? I personally like fixed width (800px-850px) but it's up to the admins :)

Problem with fixed width is iPhone.
Or most other mobile internet for that matter.

All the Mitsu sites I'm on are fine, but some of the Toyo sites have largish 900pix banners, and it shrinks the rest of the forum as it doesnt work harmoniously.

Thats just me though.

...cause I posted up the wrong one lol.

Personally, the reason why I don't have multiple cars in it is because I like simplistic designs better. If you're not a fan and prefer a range of cars then no dramas - just thought I would chuck a couple up for consideration anyway.

Ben on this site only, when I click a link that someone has posted it, it takes me to that site on this window eg. it doesnt open a new window. But it when I click a link on other forum or website it opens a new window. Is thisbecause of my settings or just the new site is now?
CHRISTIANITY: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

it's a setting, phpbb3 as default opens same windows.
Think it's in board settings.
