A good battery should last you 5 years + (and some even have warranties for that long) so you shouldn't be too dubious of throwing a little money into it.

Get a high performance one - I got a http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online ... 49#details shortly after I got my car back in 08. $159ish - hasn't skipped a beat (except for the time i left my interior light on for 3 days - and even having said that - my interior light was still working, just got enuf juice to kick her over). Think mine had a 3yr warrenty.

According to the guide it uses a NS60 battery. I use one in mine and it works fine

They should be both fine,
I'll check tomorrow what exact one I use but it might just be the 60S

It would come down to the leads and what conectors (size) are on them.
One battery would have thick stems and the other thin.

$100 battery should get you threw , unless your running a big set up , if you go to the shop and find one that has a 2 year warranty , as stated above check that your terminals will fit

ild have to say no cause think bout mounting you need to be able to fit that bracket over it , where as the pic above the centre caps sit flush . i had to get longer rods and bend my bracket a bit to fit my blue top but that least has a flat top

ask if you can test fit it befor you buy it just incase cause the bracket might fit between might not ( other tip is take the top bracket with you and put it on top of the battery
