Mitsubishi Magna

Post by mrfto »

hi,

I know this has nothing to do with the FTO's but I really would like to know how come the current model Magna ever made it as a production car.

to be honest it looks as shocking as the previous Ford Falcon model.

Don't car manufacturers realise that the car doesn't look right and go back to the drawing board?

If I would be the car designer I would think twice before putting a car on the market and then realising that it was a bad choice......

Completely agree. Have always thought theat Magnas were respectable cars, but the new one is terrible! And the flow on problem is that manufactureres then carry over similar lines across their range (look at the new lancer - also F%*king ugly IMO).

Mazda, however, have got theirs spot on. It all started with the Mazda 6 (great looking car, but lacks some kw's - strong rumours of an AWD 206kw turbo version in the works) and now has flowed onto the 3 & so on.

I think that they should let all import vehicles into the country that way local manufacturer's might pull their fingers out design decent cars not like the disabled toilet on wheels that they call a magna... face it local manufacturer's will continue to built sh*t cars as long as we dont have much of a choice except to buy local...

My 2 cents worth of dribble....;P
