Oh and Dwayne your kid Cameron touched my private parts
How does one respond to that.. 8O .... I think ill just let that slide through to the keeper.

Well, the weather didnt let us down in the end. 2 fantastic days of sunshine. Everyone seemed to have a good time. All in all, I have to say an unqualified success. Even Gholdwayne made it in the end after sitting beside the princes Hwy for a while lost. We had a great turnout. As big if not bigger than last year (certainly more people if not more cars). We'll do it again next year and hopefully get an even bigger turnout.

Thanks from me to everyone that made the trip down and especially those that travelled interstate. I know its a real trek and appreciate the effort you guys make to get here. Hopefully next time we can coax one or 2 more to make the trip.

cheers

Should have also thanked a couple of others as well. Firstly, thanks Aza for supplying a good deal of the food for the weekend and helping organise and set things up. Also thanks to Phil (Taffy), Lyn (Mrs Taffy) and craig, for helping me lug a lot of the wood for the fire and helping with the cooking duties. I couldnt have done it without you.

Edit 2: Big thanks to Aza, AJ and Simon for the lead home.
Wish the car didnt have that sound, could have kept up on the hills better, but was a good run, until we hit 'civilisation'

Thanks dwayne for your trouble for hosting the event in your little kingdom, and for letting me off with the strut braces and shortshifter unfully paid, lol?

Thanks and aza and everyone else who contributed for bringing plenty of food and drinks for us - left me smiling and satisfied... I havnt even chipped in for anything as i wasnt even going to make it and thanks again dwayne for convincing me.. next bonfire ill be prepared to be a better contributor, hah!

cheers to simon, aj, and mike for the event's entertainers. simon!! the guy everybody loves!! man if sublime came, you two wudv been best friends!!! or it wouldv been simon, aj, mike and subbie the entertainers...

thanks steve for temporarily putting my right eardrum in shock, teaching me to not try to look like a sikk kient pretending i can take the exhaust noise like a man right in front of it and not listening to you when you said " i wouldnt stand there if i were you " - i wasnt even standing, i was crouching - putting my ear directly in the line of the LOUD zone.. hah! love the note in person!

Taffy - top man for doing so much work on the cars, you gots plenty motivation there!!

stef & kate (or should i say, edward & bella? ror!) making the effort to come down from qld! sorry, i just had to say the edward & bella thing - in a positive perspective from me at least... purely stef looking like edward and absolutely non of the glitter and crappy crap crap associated with him! you guys are cool, very friendly, not anti... unlike that other guy from qld, being quiet until i started talking to him

Gotta give aza credit though for the new catch phrase that im going to tax off you aza!! "...thats what you'd like to hear" - for him, in relation to "...thats what she said" - for her, nice!! .. Oh, thanks too aza for letting me have a play with your knob and shaft! im getting mine installed sooner or later so i can have fun with that too!

Thanks s00oooooo farking much to red fto bennoz look alike from the back guy for driving by at the perfect time i sat at the hwy, even though i had to ultimate gun it to chase you, having blind faith that you werent just some fto i coincidently saw but someone driving to the bonfire judging by what looked like some tent and camping sleep stuff in the backseat.. woo , passively come to my rescue, when i was also having blind faith that steve would be that man reading that he's going to turn up in the afternoon...

All sums up to a great event with a great big massive fire iv never seen before!

**thanks guys for comforting me when i made it to the bonfire !! im very touch!! hahaha!
