haha that was amazing
i got the sh*ts with them when i had my flights to schoolies
i booked with them and the booking name was meant to be my dads and the passenger name was meant to be mine, however on the final printout they f*cked it up and we didnt realise till late. i rang them up (i was already agree at this point for some irrelevant reason) and talked to an asian lady with a really strong accent that was difficult to understand and after trying to explain my problem and how they f*cked it up (tbh im not sure if dad and i did or they did) she kept giving me the answer that it was like a $50 fee i remember (i only paid like $50 for the ticket to begin with!!!!) to change it for about 30 minutes or so. after this i lost it and began abusing her because she wasted 30 minutes of my time and i got nowhere. the next day i called them and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor, i explained the situation to him calmly and told him i didnt know whether it was my fault or the system and within 2-3 minutes he fixed the problem for me
so imo they are a pretty awesome airline
