I can help you out there (if toyota supply them); just tell me what model Aurion it is...

My company does servicing and accessory data for Toyota now so if there is something that would do the trick I can find it...

EDIT! Nvm, Toyota don't supply any Accessories data for any of the 4 models...

Me thinks the best bet would be a bluetooth head unit

i just use a 3.5mm-3.5mm cable with a 2.5mm adapter to the phone, then the other end to the stereo head. i dont imagine the stock head decks have the 3.5mm hole

I reckon swapping out the head unit for an aftermarket one with bluetooth compatibility would be a good idea, syncs with your phone when you enter the car and all your calls get re-directed through the stereo, most have built in mics on the unit itself.

a while back there was adapters you could plug into your cigarette lighter and pair it with the bluetooth on your phone. the next step would be to find a 'station' cant think of the proper word with a lot of static and then when the phone rings it would come through the head unit.

i hope this is relevant n i havent totally dicked myself.

It's relevant but they end up being more of a hassle because before you can answer a call you need to switch over to raido from CD (for example) then ensure you pick the right frequency preset (all while driving).

Ends up being more of a distraction...

IMO bluetooth aftermarket unit or a simple device that attaches to your sun visor :S
