How good is Unique Exhaust down pipe?

Hi, just wondering with wether the down pipe that people purchased from unique produce any noticeable power increase, and where abouts in the rev range. Cheers!

i found it increased performance, but its hard to quantify as you cant tell how much is mental from the different noise and how much is physical
the exhaust note did change, for me, after i am use to it i like it better...

rev range...hard to say

but by looking at the dyno charts it does add some visible improvments(even my unmoded gpx manual with just the uas down pipe pulled 102kw at the unique dyno day which was 2nd highest...damn you G1

ifyou look at the dyno results in the FTO Project section of this site you will see the changes it makes as well as other modifications

I'm actually noticing the difference now a lot more than when I first got it. I think this is because of the cold weather. The exhaust note is a little louder and I think the power increase is mainly in the mid range.

the power change is most noticable in the midrange as it goes a long way to getting rid of the flat spot that the engine has (i think this is for emissions) however there is a increase in power across the rev range
