Come on now, they have their merits. Well, the GTR's do I guess. I would prefer a skyline over a rex any day haha. then again, I woudn't ever trade my FTO for either haha

I don't really like the V35s, purely because they really disgrace the "sky.line" name, so different.

Anywho, I have nothing against GTRs, they're great cars, just idiots who drive them give them a bad name.

I'd personally have a R34 GTR over any car I can think of under 70k tbh.

i dont consider the v35/36/37 to be a pure sskyline either... but they are still very nice cars. id choose the 32,34 and 37 out of all of them... the 350gt, 33 just dont look agressive enough to match the skyiline name

seems to have gone downhill for the skylines after the mid 90s, have to agree though its the idiots who drive them that give them a bad name.

one of my mates had to drive around with no insurance because no one would insure a 17 year old with a skyline.... but it was a DIESEL!

ha!

i love this bit "This is the group for all those who have realised Skyline drivers love cock both in and around their mouths"

Lol fto one upmanship hey..

370gt = fail.

Newer chassis, nicer looking front but soft rear, bigger displacement motor with more power and bigger brakes but still slower around tsukuba than a v35.

Having owned a V35 and a fto, i can say i would take the v35 almost any day of the week over the fto sorry. Ultimately, the fto is more fun/playful with a nice set of coilovers, but you only really get that fanging it hard through some mountain passes. Not to mention mitsubishi's crap build quality...

Disgraces the sky.line name ?! Lol, the original skylines were n/a too you know.

I honestly don't see how it's gone down hill since the mid 90's...the 34 are 99 through 2000+, are they a disgrace as well ? Is the performance of a 350z a disgrace ? Because the V runs the same motor/chassis to the Z and the 03 Z's received massive praises world over when launched.

Soft...
