There aren't really two different plugs for the FTO, it's just a longevity thing.
The rear bank of plugs is a pain in the a$$ to access, so the thinking is that you put the longest lasting plugs in the rear bank so you don't have to change them too often, while putting whatever you fancy into the fronts as they are easy to change.
With the plugs you can go Iridium or Platinum, and typically either NGK or Denso. Platinums generally last a bit longer, while Iridiums are typically a bit more efficient/powerful(not that you're likely to notice it).
Part No's;
NGK Platinum - PFR6G 11
NGK Iridiums - BKR7EIX
Denso Iridiums - IK22
The Denso's have a finer tip for better economy and power, but only last about 40,00km's. Personally, that's long enough for me so I have them in all round.
Magnecor leads do seem to be the most popular on this site. No need to go any larger than 8mm. You can contact magnecor directly, http://www.magnecor.com.au/ , or you can order them from RPW.
