do we cater for ppl without access to the net?

i'm sure there's a number of ppl who owns FTO's but doesn't have net access (or rarely logs on), therefore they can't participate as much with organised events..
do we cater for this segment? what i mean is, if we put a flyer on someone's windscreen, can we give them a phonenumber they can message or call to get more info (if they don't use computers much).
and maybe send out info for them to join us on these LOVELY outings

if we do, then great... this jsut came up because of the 'girl' in the gym from the spotted thread... maybe she doesn't go on the net... but if we give them flyers with details of ppl they can contact... ot better yet... the details of next event... then they may come

we are 99% an online club, the management team do some communications via telephone however they are at our own expense.

We will have newsletters and the like from July 1, however we want as much as possible for these to be sent electronically to keep the operating expenses of the club to a minimium so we can spend what money we do generate on activities such as Auto Salon and other ideas we have.
