Guys,

just wanting to know if anyone knows a free but good virus free software for capturing video streams you watch on your computer eg porn from redtube

Also what was best free anti virus software, wast it AVAST???

To answer your 2nd question, Yes avast is tremendous for viral protection regardless of its price (free)
Because most virus software are updated by the same, if not very similar database's, so its rare that some can "find more virus's" than other's.

We use Avast on our linux network systems at work, its so good, i use it at home too.

EDIT: If you find an answer for your first question about video capturing, be sure to let us know, pretty interested to see if such thing is out there myself.

yeah the download helper is great, the addon for firefox.

Also if you dont want to go the firefox way you can get speedbit video download, they have a free download manager as well.
