Hey Team,
I have a manual GPX 95 and i drive it to work every day. However 5 minutes of the drive is on a particular road that is modestly bumpy.
I have found that in the last week a noise has developd from the engine bay every time i drive over those bumps and now more consistently any time i hit a bump, elevated, lowered part of the road, excluding speed bumps as im driving to slow for it to tap.
Sounds like a loose part of metal, similar to the rod that wold normally hold up the bonnet of an fto. It sounds like that rod is loose and tapping every time i drive over a bump, eg, tap tap tap, and no its not the rod, its secured, also sure its not a loose door speaker.

Sorry posted too early...
...location, sounds like it is located in the engine bay, exactly where the alternator is, if not a tad lower, keep in mind i can only diagnose location when driving and in the drivers seat. On occasions i can also feel the tapping in the pedals.
This is freaking me out cos im thinking it might be serious, i just dont want a wheel falling of the axel!
Any ideas appreciated.
