What music do you listen to?
Ok, though i'd put this up because i couldn't find anything like this, and music plays an important part in our pleasure of driving
To start of, I listen to a bit of everything, but most commonly trance and dance stuff...
Sorry if i missed a genre out, but there are just too many musical genres out there...
Also maybe if you have a favorite cd, that ppl might be interested about how bout you share it
I would be curious to know what trance stuff some of you listen too

LMAO - Most of the above EXCLUDING country and classical.
At the moment my 2 fav cd's would be
(but being a girl this can change as fast as my moods):
E (eminem) and Hooray for Boobies (Bloodhound Gang) - only becuase the speakers in my car won;t cope with my NIN cd...
(on the to do list - upgrading speakers - adding a subwoofer, an amp, a stacker.... etc... etc....)

well my tastes in music change literally from hour to hour, sometimes doof-doof, sometimes Hip Hop (but never EVER rap), but the most common music i listen to is SKA!!! im glad it rates a mention in this poll lol!
so now you know who the ONE person who voted Ska was...
so yeah, bands like Bagster, the Porkers, the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, and more are my kinda thing....

Evanescence and The Ataris have taken my fancy lately, which is pretty weird since i'm more into the doof doof thing, but hey a bit of variety is healthy once in a while...
i done listen much to hip-hop / rap these days.... (i used to back in high school) no offense but the sh*t being churned out by Outkast these days just makes Rap / Hip Hop look bad... but then again, that's commercialised music for you...
RnB is picking up in quality lately, but nothing that rocked my world as yet...
maybe i'm just too damn picky LoL

I used to be a total metal head in high school, NIN and Tool included, and most of the great hard rock bands from 70s and 80s - I was into anything non-pop including the likes of Public Enemy and NWA
Was really into Breakbeat/DrumnBass for a while due to my DJ friend influences...
Then got into more Hip hop/Rap like 2Pac and Exibit
Then I got into an RnB craze...
Being Korean I cant help but listen to Korean stuff of course... which has advanced tremendously in the last few years..
now I listen to anything and everything... even pop... why limit yourself... I think Christina Aguilera has a stunning voice

Disrespect is easy. Respect is the difficult road to take.

had to see this thread since i was 99.9% sure my music wouldnt be hear, .1% for a BIG surprise lol. not to be though. i listen to fantasy metal symphonic metal and viking metal.... doof doof does nothing for me, yeah some of the melodies are interesting and i have learnt to listen to it sinvce i got to clubs but viking metal for me anyday. the chaos of an orchestra and chior pumping power from movies the likes of LOTR, gladiator, conan, 13th worrior and so on, added to this stories of good and evil, death carnage slaughter and glorious battle, then a drum beat which rips through your speakers and tears apart your soul with its violant beat and duel electrics screaming the most awe inspiring melodies of lore long lost, days of old and war faught face to face not at the push of a button. it gets the adrenaline rushing like nothing else. the testostarone boils in your blood and you grip the wheel so tight you leave fingertips imbedded , clenching teeth, i usually need about 10 minutes of cruising around the block with no music to calm down, cose i am a collector of medi evil weaponry, would rather not be fully loaded when i got home RALMAO
I'm a sinner, yet forgive me nothing. I'm a heathen, but forever free.
