Its all good. Looks like I've soruced a second handunit for $200. By the way if you spot any of them cheap, let me know. They are a TD03. I figure if Im gonna be running 18 pound thru 'em all day, I might wanna stock up on spares.

We replaced the front turbo & it fixed that smoke blowing issue.
Now its over heating...
I've given up on getting the sh*ts, now I just have a little, wacked out, cross-eyed, insane, Homer-Simpson-esque "Here's Johnny!" chuckle & get on with sourcing whatever parts are needed for the next busted item

Hm try heat shielding them turbos with that metal stuff. Is there a low temp thermostat you can use so it opens at lower temp's? Replace the radiator cap with one that holds a higher pressure. Heat wrap all your lines too. You changed the water pump didnt you when you changed the timing belt yeah? Overheating must be from the turbos themselves running at 18psi or radiator related. Dont give up now, your so close!!
