Yeah, they did it the last few years. The smart guys are currently up ontop of Mount Panorama burying kegs & cases as we speak... I sh*t you not, they'll be up there.
Its the boosiest event on the calendar, 4 full days of V8 racing with everything from Vintage mini's, Lotus Cortinas & Camaro's to Ferraris & Lambos.
Its every Brikie, Chippie & Sparkies's annual holiday, I met a bloke last year who had a full sized fridge in his tent. I asked him where he got power from & he
told me that over the 20 years they'd been coming, they dug & concreted a tunnel a little bit each year up some 2 kms from his mates farm nearby. They then
concreted a small slab in ground with a hydrant style metal lid in it. Each year they pitched their tent over the top of the slab & pulled out the power cable & rang
their mate to turn the other end on at the farm  They even had glass framed photo's of Brokie on the tent walls

Forward planning, just for a decent piss up, whereas over here we cant even organise a decent piss up in a local brewery :D

These guys could make a fortune over here in local politics, they'd either fit right in as lunatics or be hailed as genuises for actually getting things done ;)
