Use a slide hammer (aka Dent Puller). Problem is though when a dent like this occurs the metal is stretched so just popping it out is only the beginning of the repair process.
I know how you feel, some lark hit my FTO when it was in a car park and did a runner. 2 weeks later it got keyed down the fron fender. After all this I got the whole thing resprayed and now only drive it on cruises. Bought a cheap run-about for when I goto work and shops etc.
Good luck with the repairs.
