Just saw it while i was going to my parking spot, on kent street in city, porsche somehow face on the wall -_- must be a noob/stupid driver, what a waste of money.

Its called a "write off", as in an insurance company write's the vehicle off its books.

Look at what you wrote in your location. It's spelt 'Australia', not 'Austraya' if your keen on being technical about it.
