Hi guys.

I've been looking for quite a while at FTO's, and after much deliberation finally took the plunge and bought one yesterday.

Its had quite a lot done too it... both good and bad.
Will post pics soon...

BUT! If any one has a spare windscreen wiper arm (it was ripped off by an angry person), and the front lip of the veilside kit, I will pay top dollar!

It also needs some work done mechanically. Apparently the Front and Rear Rocket gaskets are leaking, and it is due for a new time belt. (if you have any tips on this it would be appreciated!)

wttc mate

the gaskets are easy fix around 30 each for part if you can replace yourself

timing belt will cost around 1000 incl labour if you cant do it yourself, just make sure you do waterpump, tensioner etc at the same time
however it may be cheaper to source parts yourself should be around 300ish for all required parts not incl hydrolic tensioner which doesnt always have to be replaced then labour should be around 400 mark

oh and seeing as you have to remove inlet manifold for rocker gaskets may aswell replace the sparkies and plugs if needed

As it is, I don't know whether the gaskets are actually leaking. So i'll get them looked at when I get it serviced.

Dstocks, if you could get me those wiper blade arms it would be much appreciated. Just send me price and tell me how to pay. =)

Haha.. Its actually the passenger side wiper, but it has been moved over to the driver's side.

Well I got the car for 7k. Good deal?

Forgot to mention its had 6"x9" speakers installed, a 12" sub installed, neons, tinted windows, head deck, leather interior and HIV's. =)

Its a GPX. Got a mivec engine.

I just bought a 7" DVD/GPS/TV 2-din unit for the car, with a silver rear view camera.
Tis gonna look good with the leather seats =)
