Good purchase, WTTC, stick around. Quick word of warning though, this forum is full of piss taking and flaming. None of us mean it, it's a cool place to chill and learn

Nah didn't like a few mods on that black one, + the money I saved on this I can put it towards insurance
It's got a very nice exhaust tip, I think it might be stock. As for the rest of the stuff I have no idea
By the way, the suspension feels a little stiff when going over dodgy roads etc. would that be my car or the FTO itself?

Also, which is cheaper for insurance for a 19 year old in Victoria, Shannons or Just Car?
Just Car quoted $2000 + $1000 excess + $700 age excess, what would Shannons be? (don't have the FTO listed on their site)

if its the ralliart one then yeah it's stock
dead quiet at idle
bit noisy with low revs but sounds awesome once you give it a bit

WTTC Club
Is your FTO a GP or a GPVR?
Would be cool to see some pics when you get a chance to take some

It's pretty loud at idle, but that's what I love
FTO is just a basic GP, will get pics later on today

Also, is the suspension always stiff on an FTO? When going over speedhumps etc. it doesn't feel too smooth. Would that be my car or the FTO in general?

even though they are criminals, take it to pedders and get thier $14 suspension safety check. they give you a list of problems and let you have a look at your car while its up on the hoist.
WARNING!!!!!! don't let them do ANY work on your car, they are crap and will try to rip you off. but the safety check will let you know if there are any problems, can't go wrong for $14.
my motto; do nothing, then rest.

lol thats what i did after i got the car.
i think they wanted my business so bad, that they told me all this stuff was busted, and it would cost me $5000 to get it back to new, and because they 'felt bad' they didnt charge me for the inspection.

FTO's aren't a standard civic or anything like that, they are a sports car, and yes, the suspension is always firm standard (unless the car is fucked)
