ITEM:Response (Jaycar) 1 Farad Capacitor
LOCATION: Sydney, Inner West
DELIVERY: Pick up preffered, can post at buyers cost
PRICE: $60 neg

OTHER INFO: This unit was received from supplier when he was sloppy, The head of one of the screw on the bottom plate is gone.
Plastic cap ran out of injection from the mold, so it is a bit short at the back. Otherwise, perfect working condition.
I still think I should be using this, but do not have room in the car, nor could I be bothered installing, my loss, your gain.

It's essentially designed for larger audio systems that require a lot of capacity for power.
Having one of these inline with your amp(s) is said to eliminate clipping, which at high volume can cause premature failure to your speaker.

These cause a lot of debates though, much like Pod filters.
So, it's one of those things you either want, or dont.
