Officially the tank is 60L but that is probably a minimum level just like when you buy something that is 1.0kg it will most likely be just over 1.0kg in actual weight as it is illegal to sell underweight/undervolume...
I have proven my theory to be correct as I have managed to "squeeze" in 61-62 L once before, probably allowing for a little in the pipe that runs from the filler neck to the actual tank. Although the pump itself could have been out which incidentally would be illegal too if it gave a false reading...
Oh - I use Woolie's Premium "exclusively"
with no problems so far.

Nah the sticker didn't just fall off as there are 3 hoses per pump if that makes sense.
Of the places where the three hose handles rest, only two have stickers next to them - the optimax handle doesn't have this sticker. I noticed this on the other pumps also.
The Optimax site says that Shell does not use Ethanol in its fuels, and as Optimax is a high performance fuel it is unsuitable for mixing with Ethanol.
So I thought that was kind of interesting.

well considering the amount of Mercs/BMWs/Jags/Porsches doing the rounds in town over there, they'd need the highest octane possible to keep those suckers running...jerrin wrote:The Caltex petrol stations in my home country selling one that is 100octane... so i suppose it is not surprisingly if they are going to sell it in aussie...
p.s. my home country is singapore
