Hello boys and girls
I've been trying to search the forum but can't seem to find anything on this.
Half of my car is almost flooded inside lol almost sorta. Usually when it rains some water comes in from the bonnet to under the passenger side dash and dampens the carpet. It happens to my partner's and a friends fto as well, so i didn't really fuss about it?
This morning the front and back side (passenger side) was soaked with excess water on top of the carpet (if that makes sense). There's been heavy rain in Sydney and will be raining for the whole week. My car is not parked underground and i was wondering if anybody had any short term solutions to stop the water coming in? (besides parking it under cover, putting a cover over the car, putting a cover or a towel over the carpet!)
All I know is my car is gonna stink next week.
Thanks!!!
Leaking???

same situation with my parents car. Happened to my dad's benz.. wonder if it would be the same as fto.
All water and particles that hits the windscreen will be channel down to that drain. so it might be choke and waters are overflowing and finding another exit.
It's located behind the left front wheel behind the plastic thing. just grab something to clear the stuff inside the drain and it shld be fixed.
maybe u can put a small heater in your car for like 2 hrs to dry up your carpets

Ok this is how you fix a water leak
I recommend pulling out the carpet (not completely, just away from where its you think its coming in). Then get a garden hose and tape it (with a couple pieces of duct tape) along where you think the water might be getting in (just move from location to location if your not sure). Leave for 5-10mins, then get a torch and look under your dash. you should start to see drips coming down. Once you have found leak turn off hose allow to completly dry and then use a good brand of salistic that is desirn for blocking water. Some of the plumbers stuff works extremely well
Hope that helps

CHRISTIANITY: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...
