FOUND IT!!!!!!!

Mitsubishi Eclipse GT from 2002. I had a picture but lost it somehow and cant be bothered spending ages tryin to find it again

3 Litre, 6G72 V6 engine, gearbox on the passenger side. Naturally aspirated but a measly 196 BHP from its 3L engine. It is a 6G72 but obviously made differently from the JDM market version.

If it does have 260 BHP they must have done some work to it but I suppose with 3L to play with it wouldn't be too hard to get that amount of power.

I had better get back to work now I suppose

One of the guys here in the UK FTO club is buying it apparently.

Here's the engine that's in it (obviously not the actual engine!)

"The MIVEC technology was also applied to the 3-litre 6G72 V6 found in the 1995 Diamante. In the Diamante 30M, the MIVEC V6 puts out 199kW at 7000 rpm and 301Nm at 4500 rpm. Its 10:1 compression ratio requires using premium unleaded fuel. Unfortunately, this engine lasted only two years. "

and 199kw is about 260bhp.

Happy man now.
Funny how no website would acknowlege a 180 had been done on the 6g72.
