car not running so good like sh*t acutually after repair job

i got my car all back together finally.. but its running like sh*t timing belt is on right the plugs i think are right but im not sure.I might have bent a valve iS THERE A WAY TO TEST YOU VALVES TO SEE IF THERE NOT BENT. i thought of doing a pressure test would be the best way go

you may be correct if you started car with timing belt not correct if thats the case then check compression or off come the heads

did you connect up all vac hoses? and get firing order of leads correct or even not put a plug in correctly though?

where is your 'full stop' mate? dont be afraid to use them. its only a dot....
