Where to buy the rubber / weathershield protectors......

Post by BJ »

Hey every, hows it going? just wondering if anyone knows where to buy the rubber around the side windows or the FTO? My one's are worn really bad that you can see the metal...I've been told by mates that I can fix it but I just don't have the time to do it. I've seen some FTO's with the standard rubber around the FTO like mine but I've seen others that are different, the rubber actually sticks out more, so when it rains, you can open your window a little bit & rain wont get in, not sure if you call them the "weathershield protectors"...i hope someone knows what I'm talking about....thanks for your help & Merry Christmas to everyone =)

PS. I've put some pics of my FTO, just got my car back, with full re-spray, with full veilside body kit with carbon fiber GT Wing, looks MAD...hehe...as you can see..."I'm excite!" (Borat)..hehe

for the weathersheild plastic bits that stick out mate they were an option in Japan. Apart from if you manage to get a good pair from a wrecker or a second hand car your best bet woud be to get in contact with dstocks and maybe he can locate a new pair for you from Japan.

I don't think you'll be able to get a second hand pair that someone is willing to let go of that isn't worn due to sun and weather exposure.
