Na, I have finished all my intercooler piping but need to fit boost gauge BOV and tune so realistically 2 weeks

and what do you mean two weeks for BOV and boost gauge?
f^&k i would of had them in last week and be straight to the tuner at this stage nothing absolutly nothing else should matter

2 weeks cause i dont think the tuner will be able to do it straight away.

Last week i was doing the intercooler piping, sorry cant do 2 jobs at once

Yeah thanks aza dont think it piss me off ever time i pop the hood......... But not for long

Nah f**k no. I was going too, but my mate at work suggested he should do it after he saw my welding skills

. but im still practicing. Im pretty good with mig welding now just need more practice with the tig. I have learnt some good tricks of the trade though

Just been so busy at work so havent been able to get it finished before xmas.

What happened was i was just going to use the 2.5inch exhaust i had at the moment, get it tuned and then increase to 3" later on.

I dropped the old exhaust down and was not F^&King happy. The 2.5" exhaust i paid for about a year earlier, turned out to be 2 1/4" and was so squashed in places that it would have been close to a 1.5"........

Totally un-usable for a turbo setup

So it had to go.................... and then began the task of making a 3" stainless steel mandrel bent exhaust USING ONLY AXLE STANDS

Heres the progress, so far

BOV has been fitted, boost guage will be fitted tomorrow. Exhaust finished shortly

Yeah ill acid wash the brown weld marks off a give it a polish up. I probably wont go too crazy on it though as its under the car and I am lazy
