December / Xmas Cruise - 6th or 7th December
Just trying to gauge interest at this point, but who would be available and which day suits best? Or alternatively, which day couldn't you make it too??
Always difficult this time of year, but hopefully most of you can make it!

Finally back on the forum.
Thanx for starting this thread here for me Shaun, although a little lack luster in responses so far.
My plan was for 1 more get together before Xmas, and if we leave it too late, people tend to get busy.
I had an Idea for a cruise and a little more social than the normal drive / lunch / drive scenario.
2 Ideas actually. If the weather it HOT, Id like to do a repeat of the cruise we did when Gav came over. From the City up into the hills, Mt Lofty, then back through the city, and end up at the beach, for a BBQ and swim for those who want.
If the weather is Cool (or at least not swimming weather), I thought of a drive up through the hills, and end up at ParraWirra recreation park for a BBQ lunch, and maybe a game of cricket or kick of the footy. (will require you to pay park entry fee)
Of course, we need a better turn out than 3 cars to make it more fun. I'm not fussed if you dont have an FTO *looks at Shaun* because its more of a social thing. Not looking at a very long cruise either, so those of you who cant afford the petrol can still turn up.
So C'mon Sth Aussies... Lets make this a good one.
BTW, my preference is for Sunday.

OK, So Sunday 7th it is. Be there.
Weather wont be hot, so we'll go with the Parra Wirra Idea. Ill bring a bbq incase we cant get one there, so just bring your own food and drink, and a few dollars for park entry. Should be a good day.
Normal meeting place and time (10am)
