Can't put car into Gear, clutch pedal totally loose
There's no pressure at all in the Clutch, it's just limp.. can't put car into gear. I've checked the clutch fluid, still topped up, nothing leaking

Most probably is the slave cylinder. U might wanna check the seals if its leaking clutch fliud. Try topping up the clutch fluid and get someone to keep pumping the clutch. If the bottom of the car is all wet then yeah...the slave cylinder or the seals. Mine happened the same as u before a couple of months ago. Its a pretty quick job which can be done in a day and should cost bout less than 150 bucks for both labour and reconditioned parts. Kempy's is in New Zealand and u might wanna call in the parts soon as it takes a while for the parts to arrive. Or u might wanna get a reconditioned one but i guess it wun last tat long before u need to change a new one again. Cheers

this happened to me 2 weeks ago in my driving test!
anyway it was the seal inside the slave cylinder which burst, if you take it out and have a look inside to see if the cylinder is still relatively smooth you can just go to repco and buy the slave cylinder kit, and you can replace the seal yourself. Costs 20 bucks
If not then probably get the whole part, and im pretty sure that the galant cylinder is not the same like ive read on some other post
