hI, i've located the black box as you described. opened it up and everything is fine. Turn on the ignition and the clicking sound is still there, even the box is disconnected.
So you clicking sound is different from mine then...Still couldnt locate where it comes from. But im certain it has to do with aircon cos its the same as you described.

hmm... try pressing the air recycling switch. it shld make the motor turn. Hope you're taking out the right motor case. If it still dont move, then i do have a different clicking sound from you.

anyway, i just fix another part of the air con! the air con pipe was leaking refrigerant and i manage to swap it out.

Anyone know where is the motor that control the vents located at ?
