Without speding extortionate amounts of money, its not possible to make a 6A12 get into the 13's. Biggest reason why?
When making a hot naturally aspirated motor, the most important ingredient by far - cams. And guess what doesnt exist for the FTO? Hot cams.
The improbability of getting a fto in the 13s without spending shitloads of cash is a point i made earlier so yes I Agree.

couldn't tell you, would think around $1200 unfitted. Seems to be the going rate for products like this. Hit up Atomrally, he comes on every now and then.
