i never got around to sending mine stock one back......couldn't find a box to pack it in. now its collecting dust in the garage.

Doesn't look like it - where those 3 bolts hold the assembly down, under it, there should be a thick aluminium sandwich plate. See kit pic below:

No worries. Another give-away, is the 3 bolts that hold the assembly down. as you can see in the kit pictured above, you get 3 longer bolts to use, they are an Alley key head as opposed to the factory 14mm socket type
