jonowong, did you install a HID kit or do you have a GPvR?

If you installed a HID kit, was it done by a professional?

i have a problem with my head light 2......

they are both on, but the left headlight is so much brighter on the road.... when i stand in front of the car they look the same, but driving or if i shine onto the garage door the left is definatley brighter.... they are the same globes too....unless maybe the direction of the globe is pointing incorrectly?

if they're the same globes, this is more likely to be a focus issue Euro

Most cars in Aus will design the left headlight brighter or point out further, so there's less glare for the driver on the other side of the road.

yeh but this is extremely noticeable lol..... if there is no street lights (or they are dim) i eralllly need high beams, and when they are on the lighting is fine on both sides.......

understand what your saying 338 - but ive never had it like this in another car, and ive got a feeling my car wasnt like this when i first got it, but i dont remember when i first noticed it.....

oh well,

lol

like everyone else here, i've got the same problem

i tried taping the wire to the bulb connector thing, it worked for a while, but then it kept turning on and off again

now its happening with the right head light too (started happening when some fool reversed into my RHS front bar)...

is it the light bulb connector thats busted? coz its really annoying when both the headlights turn off at night!!!! i got pulled over the other day coz of that.... i done want any quick fix coz its just gonna happen again!!!

my passenger side headlight has been off for about a week now.. the plug is somehow broken..

i searched through mitsubishi australia, and some local wreckers with no luck..

i just ordered a used 9006 (HB4) socket from http://www.kempys.co.nz last friday.. the plug is $10 and the airmail is $7.. hopefully it will arrive sometime soon..

i was told by kempys that the latest model lancer and diamante use hb4..

would it be possible to use 2nd hand HB4 globe holder (the thing that holds the globe inside the headlight and is connected to the wires) from any other car that has HB4 lights??
