If I still had a 6A12, I'd be buying this..

I saw this a couple weeks back but not sure what it does.

lol .. I do the ebay trawl about every second day ...

Have never wanted to go the light weight pulley though ... I have had friends that put them on Sylvia's, and 180sx's ... I always laughed at them for wanting to get em ... But they swore by them, spent a few hundred bucks, put em in .... And nothing ....

your getting rid of a couple of grams on your drivetrain...

better off ditching the chromies and getting some light weight wheels

haha yeh i will eventually... but the chromies came on my car so no sense losing them till i finish making my bodykit, then it'll justify have race rims!!

just an update on the pulley it arrived in the mail today, turns out it is the opposite way to the stock 1, the stock one has a bit of dish going outwards where as this lightweight one has dish going in so looks like it needs a longer bolt or something.

"better get NEW set of BELT , KEEP factory belt is OK !"

Have you get NEW couple of BELT or factory belt OK?

man the difference in size from the alt belt to the ps belt is massive i can't just swap them over or anything then the pulleys would have to be changed also..!

It replaces the factory harmonic balancer. Which is attached to your crankshaft. Its lightened meaning it tales less of the engines energy to turn (thats in the simiplist way i could put it lol) Therefore more of the power goes to your wheels. In complete honesty i wouldnt even bother with it unless A) you wanted to tidy up your engine bay or B) you had a track car and every sec counted
