The only time I really missed my air-con (when it had run out of gas) was whenever I was driving along the highway on a hot day; I hate windows open at 110km/h but it gets boiling in there otherwise!
Well, if the engine oil cap is on the right side its a mivec (GPX) and on the left is GR. Look at Aza's post and check it with your car and you'll get the answer

well... if you rev it pass 5000rpm, you notice that the engine suddenly sounds louder. even if its in neutral. i've made my honda loving friend sit in my car as i hit the mivec in 1st and 2nd gear just to show him that mivec is superior to VTEC YO!!!!! and the change over is more seemless compared to the jerkiness of the VTEC YO!!!!!. not too mention having more cylinders makes the car smoother. that's why v12s are the smoothest short of a rotary. dont know about the w16 engine of the veyron because i never sat in one before :p
