fog light question

to disconnect the fog light is there a clip holding it in?
because after trying last night it wouldnt seem to budge...
can anyone indicate where to pull it from or where to un hook in the pic below?

Yip push in tab and pull

but that is wire loom if you mean the bulb just twist and it should pull out

+1. Push the tab in on the white wiring clip with a screw driver and one of the blue plugs will pull out.
