It was either that blue or green when i was deciding. Its a hot colour indeed. As for interior, i think it would look better blue but its NOT going to look sh*t red

    yeh it was red coz that's the colour of his engine bay.

    ahh.. then how did u pay for your paintjob simon? and what would it have cost if u did get the engine bay painted? just seeing the price difference

    painting engine bay i would imagine would cost a fortune...

    Removing the whole engine and crap... then putting it back in...

    Im not looking forward to doing mine...

    Hmm if I can get the engine bay repainted with rest of car for 4k then it should be good, any more than that and it'd be too expensive, but I'm gonna give them a unpainted bonnet, fenders and front bar to save them a tiny bit of work not having to remove the paint off that, dunno if that'll make a difference in price.

    Sam what color you painting yours? (Zzz I just realised I keept typing "color".. goddamn US players in online games :? )

    got to get a lot of other things first... like coils, lsd, interior, widebody, rims, boot install, etc etc... paint is last...

    @ sublime, mate i paid 4.5k no engine bay (yes car was red). You will struggle to find someone to paint the whole car including engine bay for 4k and if you did i would stay well away from them. I am planning on doing engine conversion in the not too distant future (a couple of yrs) so will do engine bay then.

    @ sam and mr c, yes candy colours look awesome they are the sh*t, but it is *~delightful!~* that you are going to do the same colour......very *~delightful!~* :lol:

    Pretty expensive, btw I can't really tell from the photo's but is urs a chrome / 2 tone paint? Or just really well waxed :o
