You can, but they are mega expensive (like upwards of $1500 for a set of tail lights)

Most CF bonnets & boots are illegal. They need to be ADR certified before they can be called legal. They have a habit of flying off & decaptitating people in accidents.... but like many people on this forum will tell you, if you like it do it anyway

painting you'll have to ask your local panel shop. ;)

check back to the forums every once in a while.. I might have some custom rear lights available in a few months, at a cheaper price than the Project F's, have had enough dramas with the current set as it is though - will post some pics when they're done.

i thought the lights were sold out and that you cant get them anymore anyway. Unless you find a second hand pair in yahoo japan auctions.

Ok anybody considering buying aftermarket tail lights:

THEY ARE NOT WATERPROOF, you need to put some clear selastic around the edges otherwise the water will run inside the extremely poor quality casing and make the glue run dry. Sure these look good, I love them to death cos they really suit the fto but they really aren't worth the money.

Sorry dstocks not trying to ruin any business for you, just a word of warning.[/b]

No probs mate. Im not trying to make a business out of it. More trying to help people out. I know these guys do repairs to the existing lights (which cost a bomb too). I think the new ones already have the improvements included, so hopefully would not have the problem yours do (but cant guarantee that as I havent specifically asked them that question)

Dwayne, how much could you source a set of rear lights (Originals, not the Project F's) for from Japan? (incl postage & fees etc)
