is there a way to do it without using the mut-II tool and where can i find a list for the codes and what they mean?

You can also get the codes for the tip box ECU, traction control and ABS in the same way but by using their respective lights.

The manual tells you how to decifer them, as some of the codes can have two meanings so a combination of them together can lead to a single cause.
