Recommended businesses for FTO stuff

i know a few members have had a few troubles with
unreliable or ridiculously long delays with mechanics lately,
so i thought i'd better post up that i've found a decent
shop for working on FTO's in the eastern suburbs -

best mechanic i've dealt with in quite some time.
they're an approved Import Compliance Centre,
(you'll notice a LOT of Nissans in there)
so they know their jap imports well.

tell them the guy with the S1LVER number plate FTO recommended them to ya

glad to hear silverfish im goiing to start doing ythings myself lmao had to to many bad experiences with mechanics.How did you go with the oil leak?What was it what idd they end up charging you?

i've changed the title of this topic so that people can
recommend any reliable businesses that've worked on their FTO

tuners, importers, mechanics, suspension, audio
wheels, tires, parts, body kits, paint... etc.

if you rate em highly, let us know about them

The auto electrician that is attached to Kingston garage did a great job fitting a NEW GPX alternator, (not a reco) for around $600 including fitting

These guys have just fully rebuilt and modded my GPX Mivec engine so if its engine work you need see these guys as they know what theyre doing with an FTO

they fitted & sprayed my sideskirts from DMD,
despoilered & delocked my boot lid, and fitted my billet grill in the front.
really happy with the work they did and their prices ($1,000 for the lot)
i only had 1 night without my car too

never cuts back
always gets the job done
if you live in brighton area or close by i recommend them

My clutch needs relacing shortlyand have moved to East Hampton, might give these guys a go.

Mcolour in Moorabin did a brilliant job on my respray recenly too btw

where abouts in moorabbin is that place? need a little chip in my sideskirt sprayed.. would they do small jobs like that?

Try Imperial Finish Bodyworks at Centre Road. That guys is pretty good.

Yep +1 for this place, guy's name is Murray he's really good and honest. Really pleased with the work he did and he calls you for every decision so you're always updated.
