Bearings are bearings. Just get some old ones (one front, one rear) and go to a bearing supplier like ABC, CBC or Consolidated Bearings. There are hundereds of bearing suppliers in the yellow pages - they'll just match them up for you. There's no need to buy Mitsi gen.

Hi guys,

Also looking to replace all of my wheel bearings,

Do the fronts have two bearings? and rears have one bearing per wheel?

What is a estimate price for all of this and some grease?

thanks!

Good luck with the centre bolt. Its big and very tight. Take it to a wheel joint, they will have it changed for a $20 imo.

Has anyone pulled em apart and recorded the beariing numbers?
It would be a great idea to post them somewear. Just to make it a quicker job to replace them if you already have the correct bearings when you tear the hubs down.

Good point. Jonowong, can you read any numbers & brand off the bearing in your spare rear hub assembly? If we get that - and assuming the fronts are the same (will double check that on CAPS) - then we've got our bearing part number. All bearing shops would be able to cross reference it too.

this would be soooo good if we could get part numbers.

A mechanic from a susp place quoted about 4 hours labour at $88(350ish). so its going to be heaps, plus parts. :( :(

    Why get a mechanic involved?
You can do it your self it's not that hard. just a pair of circlip pliers and a god sized engineers hammer and a drift.
    4 hours thats bullshit.
