I got a couple of rear lower suspension arms to refurb as I had already got all of the bushes etc from the local Mitsi dealer.
The inner bushes come out easily enough but the outer ones just dont want to play. they are pretty stuck in there and the manuals dont even show them being removed.
Okay so after more research it appears we share the bushes with th eOutlander, amongst others and that they are actually Pillow Ball Bushes, rather than just rubber ones. This apparently gives smooether usage and less friction.
And they can be replaced with appropriatte tools, or more likely by my local engineering shop!
