Bullshit all you need is an extension bar on the end of the plug socket.....am i not correct??????

Sort of... you need a 19mm spark plug socket, but you need to shave a couple of mm of the outside diametre as its a real tight fit. I used a bench grinder to do so. Either that or go buy a 19mm tube spanner. This is issue is only common to Mivec heads too.

The manifold is held on by 2 10mm nuts, about 8 8mm bolts on the top & 4 12mm nuts on the back.... couple of electrical plugs after that & it comes off. Go to another mechanic.
